PROJECT INTRODUCTION
This reference design solution is a high-frequency inverter robotwelding machine with a DSC microprocessor for full digital controland a rated current of 350 A. The main circuit uses a hard-switchfull-bridge topology based on SiC devices and APL self-developedSiC driver module was used to achieve active Mille clamp anddesaturation short-circuit protection, which improves the reliabilityof the system.
