Allied Group was established in 2001 and merged into NeuSemi Group in 2018.
NeuSemi Group is a subsidiary of HuaQiang Group (stock code 000062), which is a market entity focusing on high-end service industry of electronic information, founded in 1994 and listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 1997. Now it has 77 holding and participating companies and over 2,700 employees.

Since 2015, NeuSemi Group has entered and fully integrated the electronic components authorization distribution business through outreach mergers and acquisitions, and built the largest local authorization distribution service platform in China, forming a well-known domestic authorized distribution enterprise group of electronic components with NeuSemi as the core body and subordinate member enterprises such as SANET, APL, QINUO, XINFEI and BCTEHK. The group serves in consumer electronics, power electronics, 5G applications, AIOT, new energy, storage, industrial security, artificial intelligence and other industrial fields.
Huaqiang Semiconductor Group is currently the largest local multi-category and multi-brand electronic components authorized distribution enterprise group in China.
